This practical training combines evidence-based assessment, treatment techniques, and clinical applications to enhance patient outcomes in both musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.
Under the guidance of Dr. Vivek Bhanushali, an experienced Sports Physiotherapist and Director of KeyPhysio Academy, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and various cupping techniques through extensive practical sessions.
Course Modules
IASTM: Instrument-assisted soft tissue assessment, palpation techniques, treatment protocols, and clinical applications for major muscle groups and sports injuries.
Cupping Therapy: Clinical assessment, Fire Cupping, Bamboo Cupping, Hijama Therapy, Electrical Cupping, indications, contraindications, and treatment planning.
Dry Needling: Comprehensive trigger point assessment, dry needling techniques for the upper limb, lower limb, and trunk, along with safety protocols, indications, and contraindications.
